DAMAGE: We will offer replacement of all damaged items or parts. You must provide notification within 10 days of the date of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon arrival. In the off chance that an item should be irreplaceable, we will issue a full refund. No restocking fee will be charged if there is a quality problem.
REFUNDS: If the item does not meet your satisfaction you may return it within 7 days of receipt . All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Gerler Enterprises will issue a UPS call ticket for return shipping via UPS. Cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Please contact me by email to return any merchandise. Refunds will be issued within a week of our receipt of the returned merchandise.
